This position will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks relating to air quality planning and compliance. The primary responsibilities will include: drafting, coordinating, and overseeing the preparation of the air quality resource sections for Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements for federal clients. Candidates must be able to develop projects, establish and maintain project budgets, and communicate with clients. Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of experience is required.

Experience with conformity analysis and conformity determination as well as NEPA analysis is required.

In addition, the qualified candidate will have experience with air quality compliance to include air quality permitting and stationary and mobile source air emission inventories.

Qualified candidate will have strong written, editorial (QA/QC), and oral communication skills; be willing to work independently and as a team member, and have the ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
