Manage all activities related to staffing, work assignments, hiring/termination, performance reviews, orientation, and professional development for Physical and Occupational Therapy. Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited physical therapy program required. Master's degree in physical therapy preferred. Minimum of three years physical therapy experience to include a minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in a clinical setting required. Licensed in the state of Nebraska as a physical therapist required.Knowledge of Occupational Therapy preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strong team orientation preferred.
