Provide excellent diagnostic and mammography images and patient care to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients and customers in the radiology department. - Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. - Graduate of an AMA approved radiological technology school required. - Mammography Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred. - Minimum of 40 hours of mammography training required. - Minimum of 5 mammography CEUs per year required to meet Mammography Quality Standards Assurance Act requirements. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon completion of unit orientation. - Ability to handle stressful situations - Ability to handle patients in an inpatient setting required.
